1. Eligibility & Account Use

  • You agree to use Starforya only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with others’ experience on our site.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content—text, designs, logos, visuals—on our site belongs to Starforya. Please don’t copy or reuse without our written permission.

  • Our unique designs reflect our passion—thank you for respecting that.

3. Product Information & Availability

  • We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but actual items may vary slightly due to monitor differences.

  • Drops are limited and exclusive. We reserve the right to modify availability, pricing, or product details at any time, with no prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order means you promise the information you provide—name, email, address—is accurate and current.

  • We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. If there’s a change, we’ll let you know via email.

  • All payments are processed at checkout and are non-refundable, unless otherwise noted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Currently, we ship only within India, and shipping is always complimentary.

  • Some apparel ships only after a set date—check the product page for details.

  • Once your item ships, we’ll keep you in the loop with tracking updates.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of each drop, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. Please refer to our detailed policy on the Returns & Exchanges page for more info.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Starforya is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our site or products.

  • Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to Starforya shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
